Approval for a 70 percent increase in density consistent with the provisions of the Transit Oriented Communities Affordable Housing Incentive Program along with three incentives for Tier 3 project totaling 26 dwelling units, reserving three units for Extremely Low Income (ELI) Household occupancy.

This project included the removal of four residential units, construction, use, and maintenance of a new 26-unit residential building 56-feet in height. The project sets aside three (3) of the 26 units for Extremely Low-Income Households.  Also provided are 16 automobile parking spaces, 30 bicycle parking spaces, including 26 long-term spaces and four short-term bicycle spaces.  A total of 3,189 square feet of open space is provided throughout the project.
